During the consultation we will review your intake information in detail, I'll tell you a bit about myself and how hypnosis can help you specifically. During our time together we will determine what has been holding you back from having what you want in your life ( &/or eliminating what you no longer want) and how best to create the effortless & natural motivation to do what it take to make it happen (or stop happening). You can expect significant shifts to unfold after the first session (and in many cases only 2 or 3 meetings are called for before complete resolution is attained).
